Before you dig into this article, you might want to go and take a look at Part 1, where we introduce the first half of the beautiful Miami Dolphins cheerleaders. If you’ve already done that, welcome to Part 2! We’ve collected a gallery of some of the most beautiful cheerleaders in the NFL this season. These girls need no introduction, so let’s jump right into it.
1. Jenny Smith
2nd-year veteran (@jenny.smith9)
Texas-native Jenny is a tall, blonde bombshell on her second year with the Dolphins cheerleaders. She’s a fashion-lover to boot, as she has her own profile on LikeToKnowIt, an influencer shopping app and website that people use to discover, curate, and shop from the platform. Thanks to her time with the Dolphins, she’s had the opportunity to travel to Portugal, Italy, Switzerland, St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, and the Bahamas. That’s pretty awesome and incentive enough for any travel enthusiast to be a Dolphins cheerleader!
4th-year veteran (@gor_jess13)
Captain Jess is used to living in a fast-paced environment, having been on the team for 4 years and working full-time as a critical care nurse. She’s a Miami native who had her college education in both Florida State University and the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. She often rocks her natural curls, but she has also sported long cornrows that frankly, look amazing. She is the special Dolphins cheerleader that represented their team at the 2019 Pro Bowl last January 27, 2019.
3. Joie Erolin
Another international member, Joie hails from the sunny islands of the Philippines. She started her college education there at the Far Eastern University before migrating to Florida and finishing her education at The Art Institute Fort Lauderdale. Judging by her Instagram posts and stories, she’s got a passion for music, fitness, and most of all, fashion. She often posts photos of her everyday outfits and she’s obviously got a great fashion sense. When she’s not dancing as a Dolphins cheerleader, she also works as an associate broadcast producer.
4. Juliana Richards
Yet another rookie, Juliana is a platinum blonde Miami native who graduated from the University of Miami in 2018. While a student there, she was a member of the university’s dance team and the captain in her senior year. She was also a sorority girl with the Delta Gamma Sorority. Since graduation, it’s unclear what she’s been up to career-wise. She and her now-fiancé recently got engaged, and her Instagram aesthetic as of late has been all about that.
5. Kally Savon
Whoever thinks that you need long hair to whip your head when dancing obviously hasn’t seen Kally in action. Check out her Instagram profile linked above and watch some of the videos she’s posted of her dancing – she looks great! It’s her short hair, in fact, that makes her stand out amongst her fellow Dolphins cheerleaders. Her Instagram bio states that she’s a vegetarian and vegan, which is probably how she’s able to stay so fit. She posts a lot of food stories and I honestly had no idea that vegan food could look so good! She also seems to be a fan of the TED Radio Hour podcasts.
6. Katie Martinez
2nd-year veteran (@__katie.ann)
Brunette stunner Katie is a Miami native who’s beautiful with or without makeup. She left her hometown for a while to study at the New York University Tisch School of the Arts. While there, she pursued a double major in Dance and Nutrition. Upon graduation, she managed to put these two degrees together in her career. Not only is she a professional cheerleader, but she’s also a Coach at Orangetheory Fitness, a fitness gym franchise based in Florida. She’s a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Pretty impressive!
7. Kayla Nikol Young
2nd-year veteran (@therosyred)
Kayla is currently a university student at the Boston Conservatory for Dance at Berklee, but should soon be on her way to graduation this year. She had her high school education at the Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, which is probably where she developed and nurtured her skills in dance. She also had training at the Miami City Ballet and the Boston Ballet. Her experience with dancing started when she was 10, as a way for her to cope with her mother’s cancer diagnosis. When she was injured and told she may not be able to dance again, she turned to her faith to rekindle that spark and help her recover.
8. Kayla Bramlett
Though she’s not originally from the sunny beaches of Miami, Kayla sure does have that beach-kissed-tanned-platinum-blonde look that makes her look like she spent her entire childhood on the sea and sand. She has natural blonde curls and ice-blue eyes, a bronzed tan, and a body that looks stunning in a bikini. Her hometown is Stephenville, Texas and she studied at The University of Texas at Dallas – where she danced for their cheer team, too. In April 2018, she moved to Miami (with her boyfriend) and auditioned for the Dolphins cheerleaders, thankfully scoring a spot for her first year with the team. She and said boyfriend are co-owners of a multimedia company called Nectar List that does photo and video coverage of resorts, weddings, and other events, as well as marketing and design campaigns. Even her boyfriend,
9. Kelly Jeanelle Sherwood
2nd-year veteran (@mdc_kelly)
I swear Kelly could be a long-lost Kardashian sister. She could also be Shay Mitchell’s sister – at some angles, at least. She’s on her second year with the Dolphins cheerleaders but she’s no newbie to the pro-sports cheering scene. In fact, this isn’t even her first team in the NFL! Before moving to Miami, she was cheering with the Houston Texans cheerleaders. Even before that, she cheered for the Allen Americans, the ECHL ice hockey team from Allen, Texas. It may seem like pro-cheerleading is her full-time job, but she’s actually also a speech pathologist.
23-year-old Nayara is originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico but she went to college in Florida. She has since graduated and is now working in Operations and Marketing. She was part of the Latin dance team at the University of Florida, and we know that she danced in high school as well. This training in various dance disciplines has led her to her spot with the Dolphins cheerleaders this year. Here’s hoping we see her again next year!
11. Paige Lillian Blalock
4th-year veteran (@mdc_paige)
Florida-native Paige has been previously featured on OppaSportsBet when we talked about some of the hottest NFL cheerleaders this season. As we pointed out on that feature, she’s got a small gap between her two front teeth and it really is endearing. She’s currently still a student, but we don’t know much about her beyond that. All we know for now is that she’s the cover girl for the Dolphins cheer merchandise this year and we couldn’t be happier about that!
12. Rachel Chang
2nd-year veteran (@rachelchangl)
Cuban dancer Rachel is the other half of the Dolphins cheerleaders sister duo. Her older sister Jennifer was featured in Part 1, so be sure to check her out too! Rachel was her sister’s biggest supporter when Jennifer was undergoing her numerous surgeries while growing up. They have several video dancing together and it’s clear that Rachel is proud to be dancing next to her sister for the Dolphins. She’s so proud, in fact, that she actually wrote a children’s book in Spanish and English about her sister’s strength and resilience to continue dancing.
13. Rachel Folkman
Another rookie and another icy blue-eyed beauty! Like teammate Gigi, the pale eyes and dark locks set a contrast that you just can’t look away from. She’s currently a student and full-time Dolphins cheerleader. She’s also currently in a relationship and they’re a pretty attractive couple. Apart from that, we don’t have that much information about her apart from maybe the fact that she has training in classical ballet.
14. Shayla Durant
Shayla’s a rookie with the Dolphins cheerleaders, but she’s certainly experienced in dance. She recently graduated from college in May 2018 and currently works as a dance teacher. Like her teammate Kally, Shayla is also a vegan and posts a lot of food pictures that make being a vegan actually pretty enticing! Apart from that, we don’t know a lot about her but we do hope she’ll be back for another year!
15. Tamara Kovalchuk
3rd-year veteran (@mdc_tamara)
Group 4 captain Tamara is another Argentinian with the Dolphins cheerleaders. Her hometown is Posadas Misiones and she stayed in Argentina until college, where she studied in Fundacion Julio Bocca. According to her Instagram bio she’s both a dancer and choreographer, as well as an actress and traveler. She can speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She’s best friends with British teammate Holly – she even has an Instagram Highlight dedicated to her.
16. Vera Almeida
3rd-year veteran (@mdc_veralucia)
We have a lot of team members from South America, and Vera is just another one. She’s from Brasilia, Brazil and had her college education in Centro Universitario de Brasilia, where she studied Physical Education. She has had over 15 years of training in ballet and competitive cheerleading and in 2013, she decided to get into pole fitness. After 7 months of training, she entered her first pole fitness competition. It took a while and 4 entered competitions for her to gain the insight and experience but in 2015, she entered her first doubles competition where she and her
17. Whitney Robertson
2nd-year veteran (@mdc_whitney)
Whitney is now on her second year with the Dolphins cheerleaders, though she’s originally from Garland, Texas. She and her family moved to Miami a few years after her father went into remission from his cancer. She is a pretty proud fur momma to a beautiful dog named Gabby. She’s so proud, in fact, that she made a separate Instagram account just to show off her pretty pup!
Having grown up in West Palm Beach must be why Zahra looks permanently tanned and ready to just into the sea. She’s here for her first year with the Dolphins cheerleaders and we’re really hoping we’re gonna see her again next year. She studied and graduated from the Florida Gulf Coast University, where she was a member of the cheering squad. Now, she works in the restaurant industry when she’s not shaking her pompoms on the NFL sidelines. I wish we could tell you more about her, but there’s really not a lot of information available! I can tell though that she does enjoy her time on the beach – most of her IG photos feature sun, sand, and sea.
