The Miami Dolphins cheerleaders have one of the most aesthetically pleasing Instagram profiles of all the NFL cheer teams. This year, apart from the usual profile shots for each girl on their website, they decided to go all-natural. That is, stripped of all their make-up and in black-and-white. All of this is part of their campaign to go beyond the stereotypes of a cheerleader and further into what makes them beautiful on the inside.
That’s all well and good, and really, it’s admirable. However, it’s also hard to ignore that the Dolphins cheerleaders are also some of the most beautiful women in the NFL. It’s probably that natural sun-kissed look they all have from all that time on the sunny beaches of Miami. There are 36 incomparably attractive women on their team, so we’re splitting it up into halves – double the fun, in my opinion!
In this article, you’ll get a closer look at the first half of the babes of the Dolphins cheerleaders and learn a little about them along the way.
1. Agustina Sol Brischetto
3rd-year veteran (@mdc_agustina)
Agustina was featured in a previous article enumerating the hottest NFL cheerleaders of the current season. Inc ase you missed it, she hails from La Plata, the capital of the Buenos Aires province in Argentina. She studied at the National University of Arts in Argentina and moved to the United States after graduating. When she’s not cheering for the Miami Dolphins, she works as a model. She loves to travel and views it as an essential part of her learning and growth. So far, she has been to Guantanamo Bay, London, Key Largo, Mexico, Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, The Bahamas, and Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Italy, New York, Holland, Chile, Portugal, and Spain.
2. Ally Rahn
Ally is currently a student of Broadcast Media at the Florida International University. She’s obviously successful at balancing her duties as a student and Dolphins cheerleader, seeing as she’s on her third year of doing so. She’s an aspiring journalist, having found her love for sports TV and news watching sports shows with her dad and brother while she was growing up. In her first two years of college, she was already able to land a few hosting gigs, including the Miami Dolphins Draft Day Party in 2018. She’s currently dating Andrew Knizner, catcher of the MLB team the St. Louis Cardinals.
3. Anna Harmon Shawver
Anna has been moving from state to state – from her hometown in Virginia to college in New Mexico, and she now finds herself in Miami. While in college at New Mexico State, she was also part of their dance team. She has a younger sister back in Virginia named Lauren who is also a dancer. Who knows, maybe she’ll follow her sister’s footsteps one day! She’s also mother to a beautiful cat named Sophie. We don’t know all that much more about her except that she, too, is in a relationship.
Another rookie on the team, and yet another who is in a relationship (and has been since August 2016). She’s also the second so far whose hometown isn’t in the US! According to her profile on the Dolphins cheerleaders’ website, she’s originally from Naples, Italy. Hints of her Italian accent tell us that she hasn’t been in America for long. 20-year-old Annaniki is currently a student, though we’re not exactly sure of what. She is a natural brunette but she’s recently gone blonde, and we can’t decide what suits her better. In any case, we hope she’ll be around for more than just a year!
5. Ashley Williams
Also a rookie, Ashley is a student and a dance team member of the Florida International University. How she’s able to juggle training for the Dolphins cheerleaders and still be active in performances and competitions for her alma mater are beyond me, but more power to her! Sadly, there’s not much we can tell you beyond that as of yet.
6. Breann Llewellyn
3rd-year veteran (@breannllewellyn)
Not only is 21-year-old Breann a dancer through-and-through, but she’s also been a pageant girl since she was a kid. Back in 2017, she decided to join the Miss Cooper City USA pageant for a chance to represent Florida in the Miss USA pageant. She did eventually win the Miss Cooper City title but unfortunately didn’t nab Miss Florida. Her Instagram screams the confidence of a pageant girl, too – there’s not a photo that doesn’t look absolutely stunning. She’s currently rocking blonde locks and she pulls it off flawlessly.
2nd-year veteran (@mdc_briana)
2nd-year veteran Briana is “Florida made, Atlanta raised” – at least according to her Instagram bio. Her hometown is Orlando, but she did go to Georgia State University in Atlanta. While there, she was a dual major student in both Marketing and Hospitality Administration. She graduated in 2016 and while being a Dolphins cheerleader, she also works as a party and event coordinator. I guess that means she knows how to have some fun? In her university days, she was a dancer for the Atlanta Blaze, the professional men’s field lacrosse team in Major league Lacrosse.
8. Carina Francisco
2nd-year veteran (@mdc_carina)
Originally from Yonkers, New York and having studied at Pace University in New York City, she does consider herself a true New Yorker. However, she’s now working in the TV production industry in Florida. According to her Instagram bio, she has a focus on food and lifestyle, and she calls herself a “Fur Mom” to an adorable rescue pup named Teddy. She has always had a love for animals and has volunteered at animal shelters as well as fostered animals in the past. She recently hosted the Dolphins Daily update on January 21, 2019 and it’s clear that she’s a natural on TV.
2nd-year veteran (@freespiritcat)
23-year-old Davia is a Florida native from Pembroke Pines. According to the Dolphins cheerleaders’ website, she is still a student but unfortunately, it doesn’t say where. Looking through her Instagram photos, it seems that she also has the occasional modeling gigs when she’s not cheering on the field. She seems like a deeply religious person, as she often mentions religion in her posts.
10. Elena Krischunas
Another true Florida native from New Port Richey, Elena’s in her first year as an NFL cheerleader. However, she’s no stranger to cheering for professional sports teams. Back in 2015, she was also part of the dance team that supported the Tampa Bay Lightning, the professional ice hockey team based out of Tampa, Florida. She remained with the team until 2018, when she made the switch over to the NFL. And hey, we’re not complaining!
11. Emily M.
2nd-year veteran (@mdc_emily)
Emily is one of the few Dolphins cheerleaders whose Instagram accounts are set to private. Because of that, we couldn’t really gather that much information about her. Regardless, we know from the Dolphins’ website that she’s originally from Newtown, Connecticut and attended Saint Joseph’s University. She currently works in the restaurant industry. According to Ultimate Cheerleaders, she spent a summer in Italy to learn art history, and she lived in Rome at some point as well.
12. Emily Saunders
Like our previous Emily, this Emily also works in the restaurant industry. That’s pretty much where the similarities end, though. Emily Saunders is a rookie, and she’s originally from Richmond, Virginia. She’s really proud of her being a Dolphins cheerleader, as most of her recent pictures include her experiences on the team and her teammates. She is also in a relationship, though they seem to prefer to keep their relationship under wraps. And that’s all the information we have for you about her, but here are her pictures:
The Dolphins cheerleaders have a lot of rookies on the team this year, and Estefania adds on to the list. She hails from Mexico City, Mexico, but moved to Pennsylvania to attend the Villanova University. Currently, she works in client relations when she’s not working on the Miami Dolphins sidelines.
14. Etta Priest
4th-year veteran (@etta_priest)
Etta is one of the more popular Dolphins cheerleaders if her Instagram follower count (at 24.1 thousand) is anything to go by. It’s not that hard to see why – she’s a gorgeous brunette who screams a pleasing personality. She has always wanted to be a teacher since she was a kid, and she was finally able to make her dream come true. She is now the director of dance company Mizfit, Inc., where she also choreographs and teaches hip-hop, jazz, and Zumba to little kids from kindergarten to 8th grade. Etta is also a dedicated fur momma to a cute little cat named Finn. She recently set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for little Finn’s medical treatment; he was diagnosed with leukemia in December 2018.
15. Gigi Pena
This beautiful, naturally curly stunner is Gigi, the rookie from Manhattan, New York. She’s just as gorgeous in the all-natural look as she is fully made up, so we’re definitely glad to be seeing her around this year. Her dark hair and light green eyes make for a killer combination that makes it almost impossible to look away. She doesn’t post too many photos on her Instagram but when she does, she looks great. She recently announced that she was part of the official music video of Farruko, a big name in the Latin music industry.
3rd-year veteran (@mdc_holly)
I guess Miami really is an international city because we’ve got yet another Dolphins cheerleader from a different country. Holly hails from Bristol, England! It seems she’s really got a passion for dance – she had her college education at the Cambridge Performing Arts Center and she’s now a professional dancer. She’s a self-proclaimed travel enthusiast, and her Instagram shows that off. She’s been to different places around the continental US, as well as Canada. In late 2018, she and her husband traveled to the Bahamas. Yes, you read that right. Holly is a very recently married woman!
17. Jamie Lynn
If her personal Instagram bio is anything to go by, this is Texas-native and Group 4 co-captain Jamie in a nutshell: “Just a girl living in bikinis and aprons”. And she wasn’t kidding, either! Her (personal) Instagram aesthetic really is basically alternating shots of her beautiful baking creations and herself in a variety of swimsuits. Jamie first discovered that she had a talent for baking 7 years ago, after a birthday cake she baked for a friend gained attention from the party’s guests. She refined her skills over the years and has now turned it into a living! She has had experience working in the wedding cake industry and now works at a high-end bakery in South Florida. Jamie continues to experiment with new tools and ingredients and aspires to eventually use her Business Administration degree to establish her own bake shop for baking classes and personalized cake designs.
18. Jennifer Chang
3rd-year veteran (@jenniferchangl)
Like the sister duo Justine and Jordan with the Cincinnati Bengals, Jennifer is one-half of a Cuban sister duo with the Dolphins cheerleaders. We’ll talk about her sister, Rachel, in Part 2 – let’s focus on Jennifer for now. She has her own website that features dance workout videos that she designed and choreographed herself.
According to the site, she has been dancing since the age of 5 and has both trained and taught in different dance disciplines like salsa, ballet, bachata, jazz, and contemporary, amongst many others. Interestingly enough, there was a point when walking – let alone dancing – seemed like an impossibility due to a condition in her legs that needed several corrective surgeries. She worked hard to gain her strength and mobility back and now, she’s dancing circles around everyone. Given her experience in training and persistence to pursue her passion, she’s definitely earned her co-captain position on the team!
We hope you’ve enjoyed the first half of our feature on the Miami Dolphins cheerleaders of 2018! We certainly had a lot of fun putting it together. The fun isn’t over yet! We’ve got Part 2 coming up soon, so be sure to check back for more of the stunners from Miami!
